Help! Can't find 1.3 Patch for SR2

I had to reinstall SR2 (drive failure) on a new machine. All OK with that, but my copy of the 1.3 patch is corrupted/inoperatable. Now I can't find the patch anywhere on the web. Or maybe I'm looking in the wrong places. Anyway, I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
