Always room for another good Medieval wargame. I'm especially interested in the way castles can be build (can they?) and siege tactics. Can anyone tell me a bit more about it perhaps?

When will this game be released?

Ah...and I hope to see a Crusader version (Holy land, that is) one day. :)

You can't build castles, but you will be able capture them and receive tax money from nearby lands. When assaulting a castle, you better come prepared with battering ram, trebuchets and so on. The game is sceduled to be released in English this Autumn.
A Holy land expansion would be interesting for sure, but this depends on the success of the game obviously.

Will the castles be based upon the real ones? Marienburg for example?

The castles if they look similar to those present in the game editor of RW1242 will have different style on the basis of civilization, like the buildings (Rus different from Western) I don't know if the single castles are based on the real one.
