The IL-4 cockpit author (which was planned to 4.11), Kubyshkin Sergey Borisovich, aka Vert has died from complicated pneumonia at 9/06/2011 at the age of 33.

That's far too young. My condolences go to his family and friends. His work will be greatly appreciated by everyone in the community, no doubt.

I hope somebody finish his work so it can go in 4.11.I guess its the best tribute that can be made for him.

Shocked to hear of the death of a young man from what most of us would consider a treatable illness. Nothing is guaranteed, it seems. My sympathies to his family and his friends.:(

It should be.His work can't be discarded because he died.That would be the worst thing you could do with a modder.
