Need some help with the skins customization Ini

Hello all, I'm currently totally lost trying to use the skins customization Ini for the ju 52. I know the file is its skins folder, how to use it? I'm wanting no wheel spats on it as well as on the I-15 bis. Is there a Ini entry required in configini?
