About Mods: Lot of New guns, new maps, new armors...

I have planned to start creating Mods for this game such as a new weapons for raiders in late game stages, and make the game playable with interest even after finishing a main quests, so do you have any suggestions guys about how can i extract files and how encrypt new files again?

If possible, please add more "realistic" features with your mod - preferably various gunsights(stuff like laser rods should be pretty easy to pull off, for example things like glock 19 laser https://gritroutdoors.com/lasermax-glock-guide-rod-green-laser-sight-lms-g5-19g ). Also some red dots would be a cool addition imo
