Making missions in the editor show up in game.

I know this has probably been asked a million times, but how do I make missions generated in the editor show up in game ? I'm not asking you to go step by step, but rather I'm asking for a friendly finger point in the right direction(s)

I'm new to the game and to the forums, so please be weary of my lack of navigation skills to the site.
