il-2 sturmovik 1946 how to update 4.04 to 4.07 or above

A bought the game at a supermarket and it's version 4.04m and a have search
for a way to update it but did not find anything:confused: plz help.
Btw a have the complete edition.

As far as I can remember, stock "IL2 - 1946" is the version 4.07 of the IL2 sequel.

4.04 was a patch for "IL2 Pacific Fighters" stand alone, and 4.04m was the same patch but for "IL2 Forgotten Battles + Pacific Fighters + Ace Expansion Pack" merged.

Are you sure that you've bought "IL2 -1946" and not another previous version?

Anyways, you can download the official patches from Mission4Today website. The link for IL2-1946 patches, from 4.08 up to 4.13, is: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads&c=605

You must be a M4T's registered member for download all sort of files: patches, skins, missions, etc. But it takes less than a minute to performs.

The version called "Complete Edition" is old and is not complete.

You need the latest edition "IL2 Sturmovik 1946"
Install the game and make a note of the version number which appears on the startup screen.
This will be v4.07 or higher.

Then apply patches to bring it up to v4.13
