While we're waiting another 2 weeks for 4.13

If you've never done your own paint job, here's a very good 2 part tutorial for creating your own skins, by "mickygriggs" on UTube.
"Using GIMP to create skins for IL-2 (Bare-Bones-Basics), Part 1 (http://youtu.be/kJV739InIGk)" and,
"Using GIMP to create skins for IL-2 (Bare-Bones-Basics), Part 2 (http://youtu.be/CND_rHWhP8M)"

Below are pics of my very first two skins using his tutorials as a guide. Keep in mind, I've never used Gimp before, or done any image editing before. The first took me about 5 hours, and the second being somewhat different using a radial engine and wheel paints about 4 hours. My paint schemes added a couple of options and changes, hence the long time experimenting. Should I do another paint scheme of the same or similar, the time should be about an hour or less with these new found skills.
