Help in Level 2!

So, i need help in level 2. I would like to know, how to get to the extraction point? I have tried to go every way, but can't find route there. Help?
EDIT: Extraction point should be some kind of trainstation, but can't find way there.

Hello.

Follow the marker on your map until you reach the steps, then :

go down the steps (avoid the Officer !) turn right and walk along the side of the Train until you reach the marker.....

Then you are clear - Mission Over !
