What is your centering spring setting, if it goes limb it is 0%, i use 50%

I put in 50 percent also. used it with centering spring checked and unchecked

I don't understand, working fine here and the others as you see at simHQ, you must do something wrong, maybe restart comp, i cannot go limb if you have power on.
I have taped deadman switch but i don't think thats the reason

One thing what can cause that, do you have latest firmware on your joustick, they were out in december, i don't mean drivers.

It makes no difference for me either, and yes my firmware is the most current, running under win 7.
Win 7 too, you feel the difference, put it on 5% and it goes almost limb, if you close that latest window it goes stiff again.

I will say it again, NO DIFFERENCE, regardless of where the slider is set.
I don't know then, mine works flawlessy

CoD has FFB?
CoD has FFB?
No, the devs did not think it was important.

Salute!
Thanks for the help :) (Here Too ...)
Sorry Kankkis, I don't want to hijack your thread.
After you solved my G940 problem, I found something :)
I found a small program, called ForceTest.exe ... You can set up any FFB effect (like Centering Spring effect ...) and test it ... It works well with G940 under Win 7 x64 bit ...
If you start this SW before CoD, you can adjust your centering spring force easily :) Just set up the necessary force, and click the radiobutton ... (Changing the force not "on the fly" unfortunately ... everybody need to discover it :) )
Here is a link, and my settings:

I hope it will be helpful ...

As we're still being ignored, maybe those FS force guys are the solution to our problems.
Be as it may, my interest is waning quickly.

ive posted this in the other ffb/G940 threads already, here it is again.
fix for centering spring (not a ffb fix just a fix to allow the G940 to be useable at all)
1- change settings in profile to enable centering spring in FFB mode to your desired %
2 - load up a sim that actually supports G940, unlike this one, eg a10c or Ka50 or even old IL2 titles
3- start flight in a quick mission or instant fly
4- quit that game and then load up COD. the settings applied to the J/S should remain on the stick after the other program is closed. In effect you're borrowing the other games J/S settings.

The test app which dummyboy posted works easier for me. I just leave it open when i play cliffs of dover. i can even alt tab and change the dampening and or spring force on the fly with this app.
