sound settings ??!

sorry, i might be blind and dump, but can anyone give me an advice how to set the volume of the game ??
running the game and TS together is not nice in the moment for me :(

Sound is just one more borked issue with the game.

The speaker selection goes tits up every now and then on a whim. :?
