Hi all !

What is your (maybe last) tribute campaign on Il-2 1946 (ver 4.10) ?

I did it in the Luftwaffe (south sector, started in the lowest rank) in order to realise my best one... With all realistic settings a part from "no instant success" and "player plane on the map" (cause Il-2 is really too poor in terms of ground modelization to navigate) here is my result at this day (campaign time is November 1942) :

- 322 victories
- 58 ground victories
- 7 medals (don't know if i'll get this bloody 8th medal one day !...)

I guess i could brake the 352' Erich Hartmann's record :)

pretty much the same thing you did.

300+ missions till the end of the war with not nearly enough to break Hartmanns score.

I did a bit more of 100 missions, but it becomes hard to still get some nice results cause my squadron is now really good, with several AIs with 30+ kills, and they don't want to let me the cake... :) And they're very fast to destroy all Ivans that are in our sector.

Campaign update : February 19th, 1943 :

- 123 missions.
- 370 victories. (Erich Hartmann's record beaten ! :))
- 60 ground victories.

7 planes destroyed : 1x109 E4 ; 3x109 F4 ; 3x109 G2 (2 destroyed and 1 unrepairable...)
Wounded 1 time.
