I am voting for a IL2 CoD dedicated server Linux version (no emulation).
A dedicated Linux server is clearly more efficient than a dedicated Windows server on equal hardware. Also a dedicated Windows server costs a lot more than one with Linux. Would IL2:CoD be provided with a dedicated server Linux version, that could improve both, quality and quantity of dedicated servers. Teams would more likely setup a well configured server as the monetary impact would be smaller. That could also affect the number of people interested in a game as onlie gaming is an important part for every state-of-the-art game.
I'd like to refer to Valves popular dedicated server Linux version for their games (Half-Life, Team Fortress, Counter-Strike, …). It runs on Linux as a console application and provides interfaces for communication with server controlling software.
