What do they do?

Well, unless you do something with them like give them tons of fuel or edit them in someway, they are just really explosive trucks that cant carry anything. Some mods give them like heaps of gas and let you steal fuel off them for tanks. I guess they are just for people who want realistic stuff like actually needing a supply line instead you can just load your tank with like 10 200pt fuel drums and kapow, got loads of fuel and no need for a truck haha.
