no cd/key, which means no online?

I have been playing this for some time now, and now i decided ill give online a shot. but then i realized i needed a CD/KEY during the registrations process, so i searched the case as it was properly hidden somewhere. So I found the case and no CD/Key, i also searched the Manuel, nothing. Where do I find this key? This game if 100% legal, 100% genuine, and was purchased from EB games store in New Zealand where I live. If needed I will tell you any details about the case etc to prove its 100% genuine.

help would be greatly appreciated.
