no one shows up in lobby

when i go to play on men of war, people are on on multi but it doesnt show anyone in the chat list, its just blank, it happens in AS too dont know what to doo

Try hitting the refresh button and wait a little longer, it will appear. Happens to me to.

i keep doing that and still no one shows up, keeps happening everytime i play
