Cryostasis unseen enemies? Possible mod in the future?

Here I am again, asking yet another question but hold on tight ;):
I have discovered in the cryo files there are maybe 2-3 unused enemies.
the one that i tried to get in-game is the OfficerZombi
So to get these in-game, i had to replace a enemy (it was worth it)
and glory be, it worked. a brand new enemy in cryo.
it dies when you punch it a couple times, but it just stands there and stares at you and follows the camera like a sprite does in a 3d world (not creepy)
here is the enemy OfficerZombi:
(i am working on trying to figure out why it isnt animated, and remember there are 2 more unused enemies. this isnt the only one)

so my question is, are these enemies used at all in the game?!?!
and well, yes there is suppose to be another weapon
a DP27, the same weapon the OfficerZombi is holding :eek:

Nice! What's attached to the OfficerZombi's face? A speaker? Aside from that, he looks similar to the enemy with the SVT40.

You mean THIS (http://www.1cpublishing.eu/data/games/12/2161_cryostasis_010.jpg) enemy right? Yeah, I thought the exact same thing. I even have a theory that this OfficerZombi was originally suppose to be that enemy, but later in production they replaced OfficerZombi with the guy with the SVT40?

Cool. That's both funny and horrific when you think about it... the Officer asserts his "rank" over the Servant by riding him like a donkey. Domination. I'm thinking that the OfficerZombi may have originally been difficult to kill in the game (especially if he was wielding a DP light machine gun) and therefore it's possible that he overshadowed the big akimbo-PPSh41 dude (I'd still like to know what that thing is officially called and what its background is.) So that might be another reason why the OfficerZombi wasn't used in the game... but I could be wrong.
