How To Pickup item from Crates ?

There is a knife in one of the crates and blood too but I cannot pick them up.... any idea guys ... ?

The blood packs go into the quest item slot,
One is needed if u want to rescue the army fella from the jungle camp,
every other item should just be dragged into your inventory if u have the space.

how to move the item from the crates to me..... double click, or .....!!

Thats the old bug. The unofficial patch fixes it and many other problems that the publishers never cared about. Just download the patch from the sticky thread here and follow the instructions ;)
