Broken?

This game feels completely broken to me, not only can I not join any multiplayer games because of desync, but the I can't play many single-player missions because of them not advancing. It really makes this game feel completely broken and a waste of time. Is there any news on a patch to like.. fix all?

Please download and install patch 1.17.5.1.
