Can any one help?

How do you remove band members?
After doing the ‘Lost Daughter’ quest, there are now three Elena’s in my game. Is this a bug?
I also have three Ratibor’s in my game all wanting to be band members. Is this another bug, or could I have three Ratibor band members?
Why, when you are escorting people on other quests, are the ‘Magic Jump Stones’ coloured red and unusable?

Please help if you can.

Hey, Cant help you with the quest im afraid, as I just recived a mail from the post office that my game have arrived :D

but removing party members I belive is ctrl clicking them, then you tell them you dont need them anymore.(you will open a chat with them) atleast it was like this in the two former konung games... and about 3 ratibors, often in the former games the portrait of some NPCs where identicall

Thanks for the reply.

I worked it out. You have to right click on the band member whilst holding down the CTRL key to talk to them. You can then kick them out.

It’s not just the portraits that’s the same, it’s the name as well. It’s very confusing!!

I also worked out that you can’t use the ‘Magic Jump Stone’ when you’re escorting people who are not a member of your band. You have to walk everywhere.

Any idea how to get to the region to the north of ‘Wasteland Beyond Hillborough’?

Cheers,

Kimmy

Havent gotten that far yet im afraid, so cant help you with that.. (just started to play today)

But I have a question, cant you attack cities? or is it just the first once that you cant attack? Loved beeing able to gain cities by attacking, insted of just questing..
oh, and no voices in the english version what so ever, or is it just me? (but seems odd, since there is a file named "VOICES" in the konung folder.)

Nice to have someone to talk to around here. It’s very quiet.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve been playing the game non-stop (except for a pee every now-and-again) and I think I’m almost at the end.

I think I've revealed the whole map (disappointing).

There’s a lot missing from this game that could have made it a lot better. I miss an ‘autosave’ and I’d like to play at a higher resolution. I’d like to alter the viewing angle and perhaps zoom out a little more (would make looking for hidden treasure easier). I’d like to re-map some keys and add ‘hot’ keys for various tasks.

I don’t think you can attack a city. You can’t even attack townsfolk. If you do find a way, please let me know.

@ Sahansah2007 :

I have replied ur question in my thread .

The stolen Chalice is in bandits chest , at quest side .

@ Kimmy :

I have this problem too , but with some main characters , there are two ratibor at two villages , two another things . I'm playing the byzantine guy and i dont see any bugs .

To attack village , just stand ur fight , hold Ctrl , kill them all :D

The stolen Chalice is in a chest in a tent in the bandit camp. To open the chest you need the buy keys from the in the tavern owner in Blackwood. Once you have the chalice, take it back to the Advisor in Konung’s Stone Hall in Blackwood. He will then let you pass so that you can talk to the Librarian in the back of the Konung’s Stone Hall. The librarian will then give you the ‘Lost Daughter’ quest.

That’s when I discovered there was more than one daughter!!

Kimmy (female, by the way).

Thanks mate! :)¨

but do you guys have voices in your game? I mean like when you speak with a NPC etc.

Kimmy

It’s a pity you have to kill her beloved to complete the quest. Don’t worry about it, he comes back to life later on in the game.

I’ve just returned to Byridge to complete a quest. When I arrived it was overrun with monsters and several building were burnt out. I killed all the monsters and posted new guards. Do you have any idea if the destroyed building will be rebuilt?

Konung

@ Sigmar :

I dont hear any Voices , but on youtube , it's have .

@ Kimmy :

This village made me stuck with stupid magic-stone , i cant deliver to complete the quest . Maybe conquer a village means protect them instead of rebuild . And how u bring guard to ur conquered villages ?

nice, its not just me without voices then, hope there will be a fix for it soon tough, like a downloaded file or something.

hmm well, I found a guard I culd move around in Remote Apiary. (he was with a group of people that apparead after the area was cleared.)
I just spoke to him and got him in my group to escort him to a city, had no city that was mine, so re loaded game and let him be there.. (so I culd use him for later)

Costed 100 gold to get him join my party I belive.

I found this one back in Byridge shortly after it was attacked by monsters.

@ Konung

In the areas between towns, such as ‘Magus near Wulftam’, ‘Roaring Brook’ and ‘Crossroads’ you’ll find people standing around camp fires. All these people need a new place to live. Talk to them. Some may be warriors, give them money and escort them to the town where guards are needed. When you get them to the town, talk to them again and then appoint as guards. Don’t forget to talk to the women as well, as they all need escorting to towns to live.

hmm so they die if not picked up fast?
or can they wait forever? the guards and people around camp fires I mean :)

They appear at random. Sometimes they’re there, sometimes not. That’s why there are three or more possible locations to find them. Keep looking, you’ll find them. So far, I’ve taken nine warriors to be guards.

I found out what you have to do with the wishing wells.

Get a quest from the Merchant Guild Foreman in Hillborough. That’s easy enough. Go back and talk to him. He now lets you talk to the Merchant Guild Master. He then gives you an ‘Unchangeable Coin’ which you have to drop in the correct well.

I’m on my way there now.

I just started playing this game recently and have some questions:

1. How long does it take for the shops to restock? How do you tell the time in the game?

2. Any hints on decreasing load times when entering new areas? What does "bloom" in the options do? I am running at 1280x720 resolution. Should I set it to 1024x768, or does the game factor this in automatically?

3. Do plants regenerate, and if so, how long does it take?

4. Can someone please provide a list of known magic portals to make sure I don't miss any? I found the one in Morislavl, but that is it.

5. How do you use a character's blacksmith skill to repair your armour? (I don't have blacksmithing skill yet.) My main use of the blacksmith skill would be to enhance my own weapons/armour rather than paying high rates for it. Using a wetstone apparently requires no skill, but it doesn't repair armour.

6. I don't have healing skill for my main character and have an amulet that gives +1 healing. It keeps unequipping itself. Is this a bug?

7. The item requirements for armour and weapons are quite high for me right now. I know that you can get +5 strength potions, but they are expensive. But can you get stamina potions? I guess I could rely on equipment and levels to boost stamina.

8. Can you get other scrolls to increase skills other than blacksmithing and healing? I am wondering if I should put points in blacksmithing or wait for scrolls. Or I could use the scrolls to help help the villages.

9. Can towns I don't own be destroyed/taken over? How long do I have before towns, especially ones I own, are attacked, and will it give me a message saying so?

10. I have low intelligence and no party members yet. Can my party members get the trade skill to get better deals on equipment than I can?

11. Your health is listed as a percentage. Does this mean that you have the same amount of health throughout the game, or does it increase with level? For example, 100% of 200 health is less than 100% of 300 health.

12. I don't really understand the difference between armour and defense.

13. I read in the manual that some armour "puts restrictions on agility index". Does this mean that I need high agility to use better armours later in the game, or can I leave it at 12, which is what I started with?

14. How long will I have to wait for someone with high intelligence to join my party so that I can put up healing and alchemy?

Sorry for so many questions.

Thanks for reading.

Rob

I can just tell u a little helps .

- To repair ur weapons by a skilled blacksmith , give blacksmith rolls to ur party members , then hold ctrl to talk with them , select option for repairing .

- High Intelligent party members can't be found so soon , they are strong and hard to be find .

- Owned villages can be attacked without warning , but don't worry , the longer u leave , the stronger enemies have . ( Bandits are stronger and animals are smaller ) . Anyway , i have never attacked a villages to take control so i don't know .

- Every Villages have portals , just find it , so hard to see , but stay attention near elder house .

- U're protected by Amour , and u can protected urself by ur endurance , that is defense .
