IL-2 Sturmovik and X65F Pro Flight System?

I want to ask you about this joystick in a game like IL-2 Sturmovik. I think is more oriented to reactors but i supose one of you have tested on Il2. Is possible to play IL2 with this stick and the force sensing stick system?

You should be able to use the X65 throttle with an X52 stick. IL-2 allows up to 4 separate usb inputs, but it depends how the Hotas systems are connected. I use a Cougar throttle with a MSFF2 joystick, but I have to still keep the Cougar joystick connected, because the Cougar throttle is connected thru the joystick. You can use the extra joystick as a button bay or just leave it under the desk. I just took the cct board out of the joystick to save space.

I doubt that the X65 force sensing stick would be very immersive in a WW2 aircraft. I personally would wait and see what the Thrustmaster Warthog look like when its released in September.

I found a intensive review -in spanish- for IL2 and X65F flight system. They don't say NO or impossible, just that is hard to get used to. The quality of stick is great.

CH is not producing the Thrustmaster Warthog. At E3 Thrustmaster indicated a release in September, but like all complicated developments there can be delays.

I have one. At first it feels very different and you will probably need a few hours getting used to it but after that it's just like any other stick ;)

A good thing about the stick also is that it has four built in force settings that can be chosen and it has plenty of HATS, switches ect so you won't be short of button space :)
