Brings some cool features, not too interested in ps+(waste of money IMO). Still hoping for cross game chat...until then I have skype.

Video Editor & Uploader: Video Editor and Uploader is a new function found on the XrossMediaBar (XMB), which enables you to edit, save and upload video files stored on the PS3 system to sites such as Facebook or YouTube.

Can't wait for Gran Turismo 5 and it's record feature. I hope more games in the future incorporate that. I'm assuming that's why the feature was added.

I hope they don't think Plus will be some way to make people pay for p2p gaming down the line.

Plus looks like a renting service to me. You get free games, trials, demos, ect.. each month, but once your service runs out you can't access that content anymore.
