My lastest visit to Forsvarets Flysamling Gardermoen Aviation Museum.

Kind regards to my guide that day; Roar Glenne who allowed me to pre-flight that mighty Junkers 88.

S!

Very nice! Being in a Ju88A is not that common these days. Finland scrapped all it's bombers after the war except a few Blenheims. There went Do17's and Ju88A's among other planes. Only 1 Blenheim is left and restored with 2 Bf109G-6's, one Fokker D.XXI, one Humu (Brewster copy with wooden parts and Russian engine) etc. Even had a complete Hawk 75A but some less bright individuals thrashed it in 1970's with a caterpillar :( Well, good to see some museums preserve these planes.
