CD key blocked???

Yes, hello my cd key has been blocked, I'm not sure why? Is there any way to unblock it or unbind it from my current Gamespy account and registrer it to another account? As I think it probably has something to do with my nick "Knegrow" say it out loud and I might understand why it's considerd offensive but still..
