really a great idea to SOW
Actually, I'd say it would be 'really a great idea' to see how SoW works before suggesting it needs alteration. I'd be very surprised if 1C:Maddox hadn't investigated what was practical in terms of aircraft sound modelling, and even more surprised if they decided to scrap any existing work after listening to IL-2 sound-mod demos.

My English sucks, so maybe you have not understood me well, would also need to understand about the immense difficulty to produce a realistic sound in a simulator in a low pass, JAFA (a expert) certainly would understand me, at moment this new ideia is the sigle way to have a good sound in fly by view.
This new way is like the evolution from propeller to the Jet, i dont think there is another way.

Ok, I've taken a look at the link to SAS. The whole thing seems bug-ridden and unfinished, so I'm certainly not going to install it. Perhaps you can provide a demo that doesn't require trashing an IL-2 install just to see how it sounds?

I notice from what is said on the SAS forum that this mod apparently only works in fly-by view. Is there any reason to think SoW:BoB will even restrict sound sampling to a few predetermined points in the same way?
