mi nombre es Orlanod soy de colombia, cumple le juego por steam y hoy al jugar m sale clave bloqueada y miro y salgo en la lista puesta por el administrador, pues la verdad no he sido obseno ni grosero ni he molestado a nadie no entiendo el motivo de la bloqueda, pues seria correcto o si me podes hacer el favor de mandarme un foto donde salgo siendo grosero o algo asi, o dame un solucion porque no puedo perder el dinero

there are two reason why the block cd key, 1, for flood that is when you type so many times in the chat or 2, for obscene language that is when you start to insult other player or the game itself.
last time when i got banned i didn't know why, then i realized that when i opened a new game i started to promote my game in a persistent way. that is flood. you gotta wait for some periot of time (1 or 2 weeks) to get your cd key working again.
