Ban past due

So I checked the ban list and I was there, but the ban was days ago and I should be unbanned by now. Any way yall can un-ban me yet?

I sent an email but remembered this would be faster.

Does it really take this long? I just wanna play some MoW. I don't even know why I got banned in the first place. But that's long gone and my CD key should be un-blocked by now.
