Need help with delivering Alex's cargo to Achilles station mission

I am in the early part of the game. Alex gave me a mission to deliver a cargo

to Achilles station in the Achilles system.

After receiving that mission, once I leave the Aurora system,

wherever I go, the moment I arrive other systems through portals, I am attacked by multiple pirates.

The pirates are waiting at the portals and just attack me with no questions

asked. My mothership is destroyed within 2 seconds so there is no time to run.

I can't not proceed in the game and stuck with the Alex's mission

Anybody has solutions for this ?

Well, I lived the same thing.
I thought that was because I tried to go around too early in the game.
There is no way to stop this (even by suppress the pirate with the debug option, your ship will explode within take a single shoot - pirate are just there to give you a reason to lose)
So I restarted a game (gratefully you are not far in the story) and just followed the quest line (until you get the blue pirate ship). Ans then, I did not meet this issue again.
