Do I have to download all patches or the latest?

Okay I just bought MoW from steam, its finished downloading. Now I need to patch do I just download 1.11.3? Will that patch give me everything? or do I need to download every patch one by one? :confused:

first thing is nobody give you an answer when you dont say please :!:.

and second thing is that 1.11.3 is the latest official patch. the 1.16.4 is the most played "unofficial-official" multiplayer patch.
