How can I port whole set of red tide uint into Men of war's Gem editor?

I been searching for method for a while, I'm not sure that is it been answered.

where should i put .info file
and what should i name it?

eg .../Men of War/mods/Red Tide/mod.info

{mod
{name "Red Tide"}
{desc "Red Tide Units."}
}

{name "XYZ"} must be the name from y moddirectory.
