can't use the ammo pouch

Hello and sorry if this is discussed elsewere.

I just got an ammo pouch and the only place i can put it is in my hand, not in the right slot.
I only have a body armor and the helmet. I have the unofficial patch installed.
PLS, if any of u can tell me how to use it.

ammo pouch can only be placed on belt (belt with holsters, tactical belt or others), so you need to buy/find one..
