Kill Azazel, how? bad bossfights!

yeah i really luv this game, well with a quake-like soundtrack it would have been nearly perfect, heavy metal!

but the boss fights suck big times REALLY!

im in chapter 10 i shall kill azazel, i play on the hardest difficulty. as the game was really easy besides the unlogic and unfair boss fights so far.

i defeated his dog and now i have to kill him directly but that is another real stup*d boss fight. i mean i got nearly no ammo left, what to do?
and i get killed before i got him nearly.
i hate when you have o battle more than just the boss, that's so lame.

any advices?

Here's a couple of vids, that might help you out, that didn't make it onto Blood & my's NecroVisioN site: NecroVisioN - A Guide (http://www.bloodbuster.co.uk/index.html) (plug, plug :) ). Please be warned that I am an inveterate camper, so if you don't approve of defensive play and using the map to its full, please don't view. I think I made these at "Demon Crusher" difficulty but, if not, it was "Man of Courage", so they are viable for most play.

If you want to preserve ammo, then it is possible to kill all the Demons before Azazel with the ShadowHand Claw, especially if you get a good Fury level going.

So, here's Azazel taken out with a WWI Rifle!! :) I used the rifle for fun but any weapon would work, as well as ShadowHand attacks. It's the protective area of the map that's important: Azazel (http://www.greybeard.me.uk/vessel/NVN_CH10_Azazel.wmv) (25Mb)

thanks very much, but i dont havy any ammo for the other weapons anymore just the hand and the vampire weapons. this is really impossible to play.......

i dont cheat normally but i dont have any time and understanding for such spots and i guess i have to use a god mode for this.

Ouch! :( Sorry. I didn't realise you were quite that low on ammo. You'll find the cheats easily enough. And good luck with Chapter 11, which is another tough one.

somehow i made it, level 11 was ok but now i have to kill mephisto......

this is just not normal, the boss fights are plain dumb.

sorry the game begins cool but will be more stupid to the end because of the unfair spots.

If you got Azazel with that level of ammo, Mephisto should be no problem :)

The NecroVisioN developers, The Farm 51, are part of the team that made a game called Painkiller. The bosses in that are even more insane than NecroVisioN :o. If you enjoyed NVN, you might also enjoy Painkiller. It's 5 years old and so you can find it cheap on Steam or any of the big retailers. However, the graphics and gameplay have stood up well.

thanks a lot mate ;), yeah i'm a gamer since 20 years now and played nearly all ego shooters, also the underground ones. that's why i normally love necrovision, pc game not a crap console crap and nice old school, i want more eastern games in english.....

painkiller is a blast, and i gotta say it's also better as it is more refined and varied. i had no probs with painkiller though.
