Is there anyway to get above the first floor? I noticed with some structures there is a ladder on the side and you can give order similar to enter vehicle except boxed arrow is pointing to the side instead of down. But after the soldier climbs the ladder they are as if they are inside the vehicle. You can't order the to go prone. And I spent a lot of time trying to get a squad to the second floor of the building, but seems like the game makes it impossible.
