Thought this might tweak some interest in the .50 caliber

I watched a guy blow up a 9mm. pistol, on a range, using CZ SMG rated ammunition.
It said on the box not to use in a pistol, everyone told him not to do it, so he did it anyway and blew the slide clean off of the gun.
Luckily, apart from loss of spincter muscle control, he wasn't injured.
An idiotic mistake he isn't likely to ever repeat again.
Man, that is one lucky dude right there. I'm guessing that they're trying to get 50s to punch through armor, but there's a little thing called ricochet and splashback, especially at close range. VERY lucky. Did you note that the round (or round fragment) hit the ground on the way back to him before actually hitting him?

Yes I noticed that, clearly that is proof that 50 cal bouncing off the ground destroys Tiger tanks.
That is if by "Tiger tank" one is refering to an overweight beer guzzling fool with a limited grasp of gun safety.
