Manston Mission, wing men need shooting!

OK, I select a target, ask my wingman to engage it and he does diddly dandy nowt other than to sniff around a 109's ass like a rampant dog! Its left for me to shoot all the Hun and, you guessed, mission times out just as I get the last one in my sights, meanwhile my uselss co-pilots are swanning around enjoyimg the view. So, not to be outdone I devise a cunning plan, I hover SE at 10000 ft and await the bombers then engage them before they get to the airfield and bomb it! Great me thinks but, strangely enough, they decide to skip the gig and its a no show...........any advice gratefully received, court martial the bas**rds comes to mind but you can't do that...::evil:

yep the wing men are pretty poop,anyways,what missions that?is it campaign or single?

The patch should improve wingmen AI. But then it'll probably improve enemy AI and flak too...

I'd love to fly a Bomber across Flak + Ack ack wich is soo thick that you'd could walk on it! :-P

Nothing wrong with it - but the overall difficulty of the mission will probably balance out to roughly the same as it is now. It will just be frustrating for a different (and better) reason lol
