The Mission where you have to do Touch and Goes at all the (three?) Airfields.
I did a Touch 'n Go at all three locations, and still no "Mission Completed."
What am I missing?

OK, now, when I attempt to land, I approach the field, long slow approach, flaps down, gear down, throttle down to @30%, and i land.
Then, I keep up elevator as I slow down. But, every time I crawl to a stop, the nose goes over, even with full up elevator.
What am I doing wrong? I've landed on fields before, but, never wet.

I had this problem recently trying to land the LA5FN in simulator CTA games. Eventually, after many deaths and losses, I learned to see where the speed threshold of it tipping over was (for this plane 50~60 - sorry dunno which units I use) then as you approach that threshold, stop braking and let the speed decay naturally through the zone. It may still tip over however, so if the nose starts to go, give it a nudge of acceleration. Once the nose stops trying to tip, give it full brakes again - it won't tip again.

I have an AV8R-02 Stick. Which button is the Brakes? I don't think I have them on this stick.

Nope. Can't brake with the flight stick yet. This will be fixed in the update.

Dag nab it...
I keep nosing over, even at a crawl, with the stick all the way back.
I don't get it. I'm flaring out perfectly for a landing, and, I try to let her slow down, and add a bit of throttle, to try to keep her from nosing over.
The problem is, with this mission, I have to come to a full stop.

The nose-dive is a very common problem. Try keeping the stick central. There is a post about it how to prevent it, or at least have a good shot at doing that. Try a search.

hmm i break hard from touchdown to stop i dont flip
btw make long approaches it makes landing easy
When approaching tip speed open up with guns and wiggle your rudder as much as is safe...it worked for me with the AV8r...
(this even worked with the 163B but taking off again proves tricky;))

I've never played a single mission as many times as this one.
One time, I finally managed to land, and not tip over, only to look back and see my other plane inexplicably nose diving into the ground in the distance.
