Hello there,

My account has been blocked for using obscene language. First off - I sincerely apologize for that but since I did the crime, I'm doing the time. It says my ban will be lifted as of the 2nd of October - and today being the 2nd it still shows blocked. Some of the other threads have stated this really means it will come off on the 3rd of October. Regardless - can someone tell me if I'll be able to play as of tomorrow (October 3rd?)

In addition to my plight, I apologize to those I have offended and will keep the profanity to a non-existent level.

I think 1C should really think about some new solutions for ban/unban. I guess you will not get unbanned till monday

Someone on the games makers payroll is obviously doing what they can to make sure alot of people dont want to support the companys next games if you ask me,why else get under everyones skin giving out bans that dont end when there supposed to,unless the guy who's job it is,is using a different calander to the rest of us lol,maybe he borrowed Nike-Its calander hehe.:grin:

I'm not at that stage yet. Right now I'll give the benefit of the doubt to the "management" and say that it's the weekend - and our issue should be resolved by the first light on Monday. I mean, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. My only issue is paying $60.00 for a game, in Canada, and being beholden to a suspension that was supposed to end this morning. Regardless - as I've already stated - I realize the error of my ways and acknowledge that there no grace for even a minor profanity. But I did my time and now I'm ready to play the game I paid for again, since, after all, I OWN the CD-Key. But I will be patient - but please, if there's a MoW moderator that controls this sort of thing - please reply to us so we know there is a resolution in the works. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

agree with the 2 last posts, i think video games take swearing a little too seriously, like its a mature game anyways and i dont think a bit of swearing here and there wont hurt:rolleyes:, im sure most of us here are adults anyways. but if it was a 12+ game for example thats a different story.

All of us could argue the point as to wether swearing is ok or not,my point before is,if you join a site or gaming community that says its not ok,& you ignore that,who's fault is that when you get banned,there's or your's,see my point,ie,if you dont agree to a forum or an online gaming community rule's,then dont join it.:grin:

Maybe they have a way of permanently banning people aswell as temporarily banning people,& the person's in charge of banning accidently permanently banned them but dosen't want to admit it.:grin:
